Q: Are there any restrictions on the usage of these filters?
A: If you are creating a property for broadcast media including animation, credits, titling, production asstes, etc., AND/OR if you are developing a video game and require the use of the textures provided in the collection(s) in whole or in part, you must contact us for express written permission for these uses.
In addition, you may also be required to purchase additional licensing for these purposes. In addition if you wish to create products for sale such as digital or printed scrapbook layounts where the results of the filters are the primary design of the image, additional licensing is required. As a general rule of thumb, any image you create that primarily consists of the results of the filters requires additional licensing if you wish to resell it. If you're not sure if your design violates this restricton, please contact us and we'll be happy to let you know.
